[So, it turns out that - for Yona at least - going home was a really terrible idea. One dead father, a desperate escape attempt, and a few days later (although the passage of time in other worlds probably sucks and isn't the same), she's not looking too hot.
Don't let the icons fool you - her hair is indeed shorter than it was, but it's a choppy mess that hasn't been cleaned up yet, and she's still sporting dirty traveling clothes and a bandaged head. (You don't get the context of that screenshot until we watch more Akayona, Ty.) Still, there are a lot of rumpled-looking people in the city of San Fransokyo, so maybe she's not the most out of place.
...
She's definitely lost as all hell, though. And there are a lot of people around. And this is not the kind of city she's used to (not that she's really used to any cities at all, given her father's overprotectiveness before his death).
Her feet kind of hurt, too. So after a lot of wandering, she ducks into a cafe on the corner of a street (because she's heard a lot of people talking about taking a coffee break to get their head on straight). Does she have any money? Surprisingly... yes! She's got a $5 bill she picked up in the gutter after someone dropped it there, and she's hoping that will be enough to buy something and not get kicked out for loitering.
(She's learned a little by watching people as she wanders.)
Yona joins the line and stares up at the board. ...there are way too many options. She sort of mumbles to herself as she reads the menu.]
